How to Opt Out from Google Store Ratings in Merchant Centre?

Google Store Ratings in Merchant Center (GMC) allows customers to rate the brand based on the services offered and the product quality.

The Store Rating is then used to display ratings on the Merchant’s products across Google Search.

You can opt out of the Store Quality Program. Merchants opt out for various reasons including low ratings & reviews that may impact the conversion rates and rankings.

Instructions to opt-out from Store Ratings in Merchant Center

1. Login to your Google Merchant Center Account

2. Click on Settings

3. Now Click Add-on from the settings dropdown

4. Click on Your add-ons tab

5. Scroll down to Google Customer Reviews and Click “Remove” to opt out from Google Store Ratings.
